Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve the global strategy for customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and retention
Operationalize the strategy through scalable programs and audience segmentation to enhance customer journeys

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing in a high-growth tech company
2+ years of direct people management experience
Proven success in defining and scaling data-driven lifecycle programs across multiple segments
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
Hands-on experience with customer engagement and reporting tools such as Iterable, Gainsight, or Salesforce
