Cloud Developer (AWS / Devops / Kubernetes)

Location : Sacramento, CA (Hybrid) Looking for Local Profiles VISA : USC We are seeking a Cloud Developer with 10+ years’ experience, specializing in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, API Gateway) and CI / CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

Must be proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM), Docker / Kubernetes (EKS), and developing APIs in Python / Node.js / C#.

Strong expertise in SQL / NoSQL databases (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), encryption standards, and secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault) is required.

Hands-on experience with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2, and implementing secure, scalable architectures.

Preferred skills include AWS Well-Architected Framework, legacy-to-cloud migration, FinOps / cost optimization, and automated compliance / security enforcement.

Familiarity with centralized logging / monitoring (CloudWatch, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus / Grafana) and scripting in Bash / PowerShell is a strong plus.
