We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems. Our technicians represent the face of our company, delivering high-quality service and building lasting relationships with customers across the Southeastern WI Area.

Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, small RTU units, IAQ products
  • Recommend our Maintenance plans to no club members
  • Recommend IAQ products to customers
  • Quote replacement equipment to existing customers while in home
  • Responsible for ordering own parts and following our system
  • Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and system tune-ups
  • Communicate with customers to explain system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations
  • Complete service tickets and documentation using mobile or office systems
  • Follow safety procedures, industry standards, and company policies at all times
  • Maintain an organized, well-stocked service vehicle & keeping warehouse stocked
  • Collaborate with dispatch and support staff for efficient scheduling and job completion
  • Keep up with training and certification requirements as technology and systems evolve

    • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician (preferred)
  • EPA Certification (Type I & Type II or Universal required)
  • HVAC certification or associate degree (a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record(No DUI's or more than 2 speeding tickets / accidents in the last 5 years)
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and mechanical skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call rotations
