As a Clinical Director at Ellie Mental Health, you will share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. The Clinical Director will be compensated (salary, commissions, and bonuses) for accepting responsibility for the overall performance and operation of two practices composed of approximately 8-10 professional outpatient therapists at each location. The Clinical Director manages staff performance, hires and recruits clinical staff to meet staffing expectation and clinical revenue needs, provides training and ongoing developmental support, is accountable for meeting key KPIs, develops and sustains relationships with referral partners, and provides ongoing administrative and clinical oversight. The Clinical Director works collaboratively with the local management services organization (MSO).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage clinical staff
• Provide training, staff development, and administrative oversight to support the functioning of the clinic.
• Monitor and manage clinic office schedules and office supplies.
• Support of billing, analytics, and liaison with billing company
• Support community outreach and work with referral partners in the community
• Manage staff performance to meet appropriate KPIs
• Manage basic clinic Human Resources tasks
• Ensure quality patient care while overseeing administrative and legal aspects of the facility
• Maintain a client caseload of 12-15 clients per week
