Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations of multiple restaurants, including recruiting, hiring, training, management development, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage restaurant teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and reducing costs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
