Responsibilities include : answering the telephone with a smile, taking customer menu orders, explaining special offers, suggestive selling additional items, entering orders accurately in the POS system, greeting carry-out customers, assisting in preparing menu items, and assisting with all cleaning and restaurant maintenance duties as needed. Requirements include enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, commitment to customer satisfaction, being a team player, having a strong work ethic, being friendly when interacting with customers and other team members, and handling customer problems efficiently and in a friendly manner.
