A company is looking for a Freight Broker (Sales Account Manager).
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and grow an established customer base while negotiating rates based on market conditions
Provide operational support and access to a network of trucks and carriers
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and carriers to maximize business potential
Required Qualifications :
Minimum one year of experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building a book of business
Experience using CRM and TMS systems, specifically McLeod
Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
Strong multi-tasking skills and familiarity with using KPIs for performance measurement
