Job Summary :

This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for individuals looking to start a career in customer service. You'll gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship, and develop key skills in a supportive environment. As a Customer Service Representative , you will play a vital role in assisting clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Set up customer profiles and update records
  • Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism
  • Support new customer onboarding and account setup
  • Maintain digital and physical records
  • Assist with scheduling, billing inquiries, and service requests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform periodic reports and audits
  • Additional duties as assigned by management
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Entry-level position - no prior experience necessary! Training provided
  • Comfortable using Google G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and other software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and customer-first mindset
  • Schedule :

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • After school
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • Weekend availability
  • Supplemental pay types :

  • Bonus pay

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
