Crabtree Construction Company is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager that is experienced in commercial construction with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee project from procurement through close out
- Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders
- Maintain construction schedule
- Monitor costs, prepare job cost projections, and ensure profitability
- Maintain change order request log and control changes
- Review and maintain log of submittals and shop drawings
- Manage project superintendent and subcontractors
- Attend and conduct regular scheduled meetings with owner and / or architect
