Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and transitions
Plan and execute company-wide and team events to enhance company culture
Manage internal communications and ensure data accuracy within HR systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a startup environment
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
Resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and process optimization
