Overview
Yogurtland — Hiring : Construction Project Manager. Location : Farmers Branch, TX. Shift : Monday – Friday (Hybrid). Pay : $80,000–$90,000 / year. Depending on Experience.
Job Purpose
Plans, executes and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Defines the project's objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle. Upholds and executes the vision and mission of Yogurtland and assist others in doing the same.
Level of Authority
Supervises and directs vendors, franchisees, architect representative, subcontractors, etc. while project is underway and to ensure its success.
Essential Job Functions
- Directs and manages project development from beginning to end.
- Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and franchisees.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to franchisees and vendors alike in a timely and clear fashion and is the liaison between franchisees and vendors on an ongoing basis.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Where required, negotiate vendors and franchisees with respect to project.
- Determine and assess need for additional resources and make the appropriate adjustments if necessary during project cycle.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with franchisees and vendors.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project participants and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Qualifications
Proficiency in English (Bilingual in other but not required).Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information in the strictest of confidence.3 years previous project management experience in a construction / retail setting.Ability to maintain a fast pace.Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively.Effective customer service skills delivered with a friendly disposition.Ability to handle responsibility.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.Ability to actively listen and address franchisee, vendors, contractors, etc. concerns, comments and / or issues.Ability to lead others so as to uphold company standards.Experience with MS Office.Internally motivated and able to motivate others.Ability to act independently and effectively.Ability to manage resources effectively and efficiently.Intrapersonal skills.Extensive Construction KnowledgeKnowledge of general construction guidelines, regulations and procedures.Knowledge of general health department and building regulations.Associates Degree or equivalent.Offered
