We are seeking a qualified Pain Medicine Physician to join our team for a locum tenens position in Wisconsin, situated near Glidden. Position Details : Start Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Schedule : Flexible; 2 weeks per month, with options for 4 to 5 days per week, typically from 8 AM to 4 PM (timing flexible). Coverage Type : Scheduled clinical hours only Responsibilities : Conduct office visits and follow-up appointments. Perform various procedures, including : Spinal cord stimulation Radio-frequency ablation Injections Provide exceptional care to patients, with a typical patient load of up to 15 patients per shift. Requirements : Board Certification : Required License : Must be licensed in Wisconsin or possess an IMLC license. Emergency Certifications : ACLS : Required BLS : Required Hospital Privileges : Temporary privileges are available. Hospital / surgery center privileges are required. Practice Environment : Setting : Outpatient Support Staff : Includes 4 RNs and 2 office staff; no supervision of advanced practice providers or residents is required. Facility Certification : Stroke certified with a trauma level of 4. Additional Information : Credentialing Timeframe : Approximately 60 days; however, temporary privileges could expedite this process.
