💗 What You'll Do

Your role is so much more than drawing blood-you'll be the calm, reassuring presence our patients need. Responsibilities include :

• Greeting each patient with kindness, empathy, and professionalism
• Identifying patients and verifying test orders with precision
• Performing venipuncture and skin puncture techniques safely and efficiently
• Ensuring every sample is collected, labeled, and delivered accurately
• Supporting patients through the process-especially those who are anxious or afraid
• Maintaining a clean, stocked, and safe work environment
• Assisting with clerical tasks and overall lab support
