Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM processes and frameworks. Ability to interact with senior leadership and business stakeholders to provide technical guidance. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core modules : Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, Discovery, etc. Experience with ITOM, integrations, automations, Service Graph and CSDM. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST / SOAP integrations, HTML / CSS, and AngularJS. Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB / Asset, or others as applicable). Translate business requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a CRM Integration Architect III for our premier client in Madison, Wisconsin.
Education and Experience "
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with multiple implementations.
- Catalog, Request Fulfillment, Discovery, etc. (5+ years)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST / SOAP integrations, HTML / CSS, and AngularJS. (5+ years)
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience with multiple implementations. (5+ years)
- Proven experience as a lead developer or technical lead on ServiceNow projects. (5+ years)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core modules : Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service.
