As a Security Professional - Telecom Site - Afternoon Shift in Caledonia, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will play a vital role in helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a secure atmosphere for those on site. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to support a welcoming environment, and providing outstanding customer service through clear and professional communication. This position requires you to drive as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.Observe and report security-related incidents or concerns in a timely manner.Assist visitors, employees, and / or contractors with access and general inquiries as needed.Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client contacts to address security-related needs within a tech, media, or telecom environment.Remain alert to changes in the environment and report unusual situations according to site protocols.What We're Looking For :
