Child Labor Risk Specialist

A company is looking for Child Labor / Labor Risk Specialists to support labor-risk and supply-chain management in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct labor risk supply chain assessments and draft reports with recommendations for alignment with relevant standards

Design improvements to the company's supply chain management system and develop a comprehensive system for child labor risk prevention

Provide in-person training and workshops for company staff on risk monitoring and ethical handling of labor issues

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in child labor risk assessment and management in agricultural supply chains

Familiarity with IFC Performance Standards and ILO Fundamental Conventions

Experience working on agriculture projects in South / Southeast Asia

At least 7 years of relevant experience in social due diligence and monitoring social action plans

Fluency in English and Filipino; additional local language skills are beneficial
