JOB OVERVIEW

BoilerMASTERS, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our operations team as a Warehouse Clerk. In this role, you will manage shipping and receiving, oversee inventory control, stage materials for field jobs, maintain equipment and assets, and ensure the warehouse and shop remain clean and organized. You will interact with vendors and field service team members daily, requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or Vocational School degree.
• 2+ years serving in a warehouse, shipping / receiving, or industrial inventory management role.
• Customer service focused and professional in appearance and communication.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions; both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple, time-sensitive tasks.
• Trustworthy, dependable, and detail oriented.
• Effective communicator; both written and verbal.
• Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory and database programs, email, spreadsheets, word processing).
• Experience operating a pallet jack and forklift preferred.
• Must be able to travel occasionally to job sites or vendors within Indiana.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

While performing the duties of this role, the team member is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The team member is occasionally required to stand and walk. The team member is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision, depth perception and focus adjustment. While performing the duties of this role, the team member could be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
