Makwa Global is seeking a talented military Veteran to join our Team as a Head Coach – Run Physical Training Instructor for the contingent award of the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Preparatory Course Training and Support Services at Naval Station Great Lakes, Great Lakes, IL. We need the rare skill sets you have developed throughout your Military Career to properly physically train and mentally prepare SEAL and SWCC candidates for successful completion of their respective selection programs. You will lead a highly motivated and qualified team of 5 personnel with leadership and support in the areas of swimming and water skills.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Health and Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related physical training field
• A minimum of three (3) years of recent (within the last 5 years) experience as a run coach / instructor in a training environment.
• A valid and current Level 1, 2, or 3 USA Track and Field Association run coach certification
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative assessment methods to support the Program
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs. (Excel, Power Point, Project and Word)
