Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Beverage Manager for a luxury hotel in California.
The Work :
Lead all beverage operations across multiple outlets in a luxury, full-service property
Develop and manage beverage programs including craft cocktails, wine lists, spirits, and pairings
Hire, train, schedule, and mentor bar and beverage team members
Oversee inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and cost controls
Partner with F&B leadership, culinary teams, and catering to ensure seamless service and profitability
Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and guest experience
Additional responsibilities as required
What You’ve Already Done (Requirements) :
Minimum of 7+ years as a Beverage Manager or similar leadership role in a high-end or luxury hotel or resort
Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, mixology, trends, and beverage cost control
Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead front-of-house beverage teams
Experience creating beverage menus, managing inventory, and working with vendors
Strong understanding of guest service, hospitality standards, and luxury-level execution
Degree in Hospitality, F&B, or related field preferred
Must possess a track record of successful leadership and can teach and mentor the team
Developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills
Team player and analytical with the ability to multitask
Excellence in business ethics and integrity
Compensation :
Competitive salary range : $75k - $90k
