Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineering Intern certification preferred. 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply. Familiarity with structural analysis and CAD software is a plus. Knowledge of TIA / EIA-222 code preferred. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Hybrid work model : On-site Tues–Thurs, remote Mon & Fri. Flexible 8-hour workday; must be in office by 9 : 15 AM. About the Role :
Our client is seeking motivated fresh graduates in Structural Engineering to join their Engineering team supporting communication tower infrastructure. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in structural analysis, mounting structures, and collaborative problem-solving in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform structural analyses on communication towers and mounting structures (guyed, self-supporting, monopoles, foundations, mounts).
- Review tower inspections and modification drawings, recommending remediation requirements.
- Prepare engineering documentation and reports for projects of low to medium complexity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure structures meet industry and business standards.
- Maintain accurate system data and adhere to quality control procedures.
- Assist with other engineering tasks as assigned.
