• 401K Matching\n\nAs a Registered Nurse at Addus, your responsibilities will include : \n
• Assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care strategies to meet patient needs.\n
• Observing and reporting any changes in patient condition or family situations to the appropriate parties.\n
• Performing nursing procedures, including administering treatments and medications as per the care plan and state regulations.\n
• Educating patients and caregivers on self-care methods.\n
• Communicating changes in patient condition to Case Managers, physicians, and family members.\n
• Conducting supervisory visits for LPNs and Home Health Aides, ensuring compliance with state regulations.\n
• Maintaining organized data collection, recording, and reporting systems to track service and outcomes.\n
• Identifying and reporting potential risk management issues in accordance with legal requirements.\n
• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate effective care.\n
• Upholding confidentiality and professionalism at all times, given access to sensitive information.\n
• Exhibiting reliable attendance while being adaptable to the needs of the agency.\n
• Complying with all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations.\n
• Adhering to all policies, procedures, and standards.\n
• Performing additional duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements : \n
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure.\n
• Valid RN license in the state of practice.\n
