Objective

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring inventory is accurately accounted for, properly stored, and handled in a safe and organized manner. This role collaborates closely with the management and production teams to support operational goals while maintaining compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. This is a seasonal position.

This is a non-exempt position with a hourly pay range of $25-30 / hour.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Production

• Demonstrate effective communication in a professional and respectful manner.
• Collaborate with team members to meet company standards and goals.
• Provide training, direction, and leadership to maintain a successful, safe, and organized work environment.
• Deliver shift instructions and hold team members accountable for execution and accuracy.
• Ensure warehouse documentation is completed, accurate, and legible.
• Plan and direct receiving, labeling, and appropriate storage of inventory.
• Record and inspect deliveries for compliance with purchase orders.
• Supervise and operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Stage and organize orders for shipping, production, and storage in accordance with FIFO and company / customer standards.
• Conduct routine, periodic, and annual inventories with accuracy and precision.
