Sand Property Management, LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Tech to join our team and oversee maintenance at our Minnesota Vistas / Minnesota Place / Minnesota Park residential community in St. Paul, MN. Established in 1991 and headquartered in Waite Park, MN, Sand Property Management, LLC is a leader in residential and commercial property management across the Midwest, with a focus on rental market and affordable housing.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of $28.00-$32.00 based on experience.

What You’ll Do :

• Respond to resident work orders
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property
• Inspect HVAC and mechanical components
• Complete repairs for unit turns, including touch up painting
• Assist with maintaining grounds and top-quality curb appeal
• Maintain supplies inventory and keep storage areas organized
• Keep regular communication with the Property Manager
