Director of Financial Planning

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead core FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Develop and maintain financial models and reports to analyze performance and forecast trends

Provide strategic financial guidance on major business initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership

Required Qualifications

6-10 years of progressive corporate FP&A experience

3-5 years in a senior FP&A or financial strategy role

2+ years of investment banking, PE, consulting, or professional services training preferred

BS / BA in Finance or Accounting is required

Advanced experience with financial planning software and ERP systems
