Location :

  • Remote – U.S., Mexico, Caribbean, UK, Australia Based Job Type : Flexible Schedule / Independent Contractor As a Customer Support Representative , you will assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes while providing excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and modifications via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot travel-related concerns, including flight delays, hotel accommodations, and itinerary adjustments.
  • Provide expert travel recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify trends to improve support processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain and update an internal knowledge base.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • No experience necessary; however, 1+ years of front-line customer support or travel-related experience is preferred .
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for travel and familiarity with booking platforms is a plus.

    • Ability to work independently from anywhere REQUIREMENTS :

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if desired.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with customer support tools.
