Risk Management's Administrative Assistant

Risk Management's Administrative Assistant performs specific duties as assigned by the Supervisor and various other duties as may be appropriate to the department and Agency. The Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks, managing communications, and assisting with document preparation using Microsoft Word and Adobe tools. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable and thorough. The Administrative Assistant must possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all work is completed accurately, on time, and to the highest standard. Discretion must be exercised in handling written and verbal material, which may be confidential, and of a personal nature. The Administrative Assistant must be able to interact with, and have impact upon, a wide range of professionals with varied backgrounds. Responsibilities include :
