We are seeking  Fee for Service Mental Health Outpatient Therapist  to join our Adult Behavioral Health team in  Pottsville, PA .

Schedule :

  • Fee for Service; Daytime hours, Monday-Friday Earn $28-$40 per hour Position Details Provide intake services by evaluating incoming referrals to determine the appropriate treatment intervention.
  • Prepare diagnostic assessments, case histories and other related correspondence as per Merakey, DPW and DOH policies and regulations.

Develop Treatment Plans :

  • Develop a preliminary treatment plan based on client’s presenting problem.
  • The preliminary treatment plan is to be completed by the end of the second counseling session.
  • A Master Treatment is to be developed by the end of the fourth counseling session.
  • The therapists and client will identify individualized treatment issues, long and short term goals, and the type and frequency of services to meet those goals.
  • Therapists will review and revise treatment plans with the client every 60 days.
  • The Master Treatment plan and subsequent Treatment plan updates are to be reviewed and signed by the client, therapists, clinical supervisor and psychiatrist or supervisory physician.
  • Provide ongoing therapy and supportive counseling services to assigned caseload.
  • Conduct and complete client case consults with supervisor and / or other clinical staff as often as needed but at least once every 90 days for D&A clients for the first year, once a year thereafter.
