About The Position

Job Title : Cardiac Cath Tech

Profession : Allied

Specialty : Cardiac Catheterization

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 10hr Day Shift

Hours per Shift : 40

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Cardiac / Cath Lab

License : Required

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, ARRT or RCIS

Must-Have :

• Previous experience with patients experiencing chest pain, vascular issues, ablations, and PPM
• IABP / Impella experience
• Aseptic technique knowledge
• Sheath pulling, TR band placement / removal, and line securement
• EKG / cardiac rhythm interpretation skills

Description :

Looking for a Cardiac Cath Tech to join the team.

The facility has 337 licensed beds and is not a teaching hospital.

The role primarily involves outpatient interventional cardiac services.

Candidates must have the ability to work with patients having complex cardiac conditions.

Support is available within the department, and there is a strong emphasis on teamwork.

The working environment includes advanced technology and equipment, using EMR EPIC and Merge / Hemo.

Scrub colors will be navy or green surgical, provided by the facility.
