Construction Clean Up Lead
Lead and supervise a team of floor cleaners in various construction sites. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks on commercial floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly and maintained properly. Conduct regular inspections to ensure floors meet cleanliness and safety standards. Collaborate with construction site managers to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks. Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supplies inventory. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and standards.

Proven leadership and team management skills.
Ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification if not already certified.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
Experience in construction and janitorial roles.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
General labor and floor maintenance experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, Minnesota.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 / hr.
