We offer multifaceted programs, including a preventative medicine and cancer clinic, cross-disciplinary research laboratories, a health policy think-tank, and community outreach and educational programs.

Job Summary

The Ellison Medical Institute is seeking a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Program Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role supports the full spectrum of talent initiativesfrom attracting and engaging top talent to ensuring a seamless onboarding experiencewhile also contributing to strategic programs that strengthen our workforce and shape our organizational culture.

With 12 years of relevant experience, the Talent Program Specialist will source and evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain recruitment data, and assist in the execution of talent development initiatives.
