Human Resources Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to assist with onboarding activities. This contract role is based in Goose Creek, South Carolina, and focuses on ensuring new employees have a seamless and efficient experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate onboarding processes, such as scheduling orientations and facilitating jobsite introductions for new employees.
- Prepare and manage new employee paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Maintain and organize employee records and digital files in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Distribute ID badges, uniforms, safety gear, and other necessary materials to new team members.
- Track and monitor training completions, certifications, and attendance at safety orientations.
- Update and manage onboarding checklists and maintain related spreadsheets to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to support a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees.
Requirements :
Proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.Prior administrative experience, preferably in a construction, HR, or related environment.Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as data entry systems.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and new hires.Capacity to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
