Intensive Family Preservation Therapist

Job Description

Seeking applicants in the Lexington to North Platte region for a counseling role supporting children and families.

• Conduct in-home, trauma-informed counseling and case coordination with a limited caseload.
• Perform family assessments, develop therapeutic goals, and manage case documentation.
• Provide crisis consultation and maintain positive relationships with community agencies.
• Develop discharge summaries and adhere to organizational policies.

Qualifications : Master’s in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work; licensed or in progress (LMHP, PLMHP, LCSW); trauma experience preferred; bilingual in Spanish-English a plus.
