Electrical and Instrumentation Designer

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Engineering & Reliability team based out of our Gaston, SC facility. The ideal candidate for the Electrical and Instrumentation Designer role, will be results driven, motivated by technical challenges and have excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills as well as demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

The Electrical and Instrumentation  Designer will be reportable to the Mechanical Integrity Manager and have responsibilities for the following tasks :

• Apply engineering principals for design, construction, operation and maintenance of industrial plant systems, including :  Electrical Power and Instrumentation Systems.
• Perform all aspects of project engineering and design :
• Use Bentley MicroStation to create and modify drawings, including :

Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Elementary Diagrams, Power Plans and Single Line Diagrams.
