Position Summary

What you'll do

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and / or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
• Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and / or analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitoring associate compliance and distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
• Identify associate, customer, and / or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or recommendations to resolve issues.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation as appropriate.
• Respect the individual by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, and creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging; create opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00–$98,000.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
