Position Summary
What you'll do
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and / or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
- Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and / or analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitoring associate compliance and distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, and / or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or recommendations to resolve issues.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation as appropriate.
- Respect the individual by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, and creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging; create opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00–$98,000.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Some positions may include regional pay zone (RPZ) adjustments based on location and stock incentives.
Minimum Qualifications
Associates' Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).Preferred Qualifications
