Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule from 06 : 00 to 16 : 30, Monday through Friday, with varied off days. On-call required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CVOR Tech to join our operating room team. The ideal candidate will have experience with cardiovascular cases and be able to assist in various surgical procedures. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment and requires adherence to strict safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures for adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
  • Ensure a sterile environment in the operating room and assist the surgical team as needed.
  • Participate in patient safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Be available for on-call shifts as required by staffing needs.

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CVOR Tech.
  • National certification (NBSTSA) strongly preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Proven scrub experience and familiarity with various surgical procedures, including CABG, TAVR, and valve replacements.
