The National Accounts Execution Manager plays a key role in supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives to win with our largest On and Off Premise National Customers. Reporting to the Head of National Accounts Off Premise, this position will drive excellence in execution through consolidation & communication of Customer activity both internally and externally along with tracking and reporting performance against in-outlet programming. Additionally, this role will orchestrate across key internal functions (Brand Marketing, Field Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance) to support the National Account Managers for RFP development, New Item presentations, and Business Review meetings.
Responsibilities :
- Standardization of all National Account activities : Package up confirmed National Account Programming and new distribution authorizations weekly / monthly / quarterly, to drive consistency of approach and a consolidation of all MJUS activity.
- Communicate program details, timing and commercial expectations to both MJUS Regional Sales Managers and MJUS Wholesaler Trade Development / Chain Team via Chain Call Management System.
- Leverage syndicated data to build selling stories to help arm the NAMs with key insights & trends to secure new items and additional programming
- Assemble support materials for Request for Proposals (RFP’s), Customer / Wholesaler Business Reviews, SGWS Customer Planning Meetings.
- Performance Management : partner with Business Intelligence to manage annual volume / activity planning tool, manage KPI goals, prepare KPI scorecard monthly.
- Manage the maintenance of the National Account Compliance Report and provide National Account Directors and Managers weekly updates to drive improved in-outlet performance.
- Consolidate Pricing & Promotional activity across the markets for multi-state Customers.
- Lead Measurement & Evaluation (M&E) and best practices feedback across the National Account team, and more broadly across the Commercial organization.

Requirements
