Overview

How will your days be spent

• Prepare presentation materials (conceptual drawings, 3D renderings + visualization, digital 3D + physical models).
• Develop and modify design + technical solutions throughout all phases of a project.
• Contribute to design discussions, idea generation, + design work in drawing, model, and 3D image formats.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects on aggressive schedules by meeting deadlines within expected time + budget constraints.
• Generate revisions + corrections from outline mock-ups, redlined drawings + project documents.
• Attend client meetings to observe process + develop presentation skills.
• Participate in construction site visits to understand the process.
• Recognize conflicts that arise during construction + offer alternatives to resolve these issues.
