Noris Medical is a global leader in dental implant solutions, empowering dentists worldwide with advanced technologies, trusted education, and life-changing science. We are now looking for an Academy Manager to take a key role in shaping the future of our professional education programs in the USA & Canada.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academy Manager to lead and manage our educational programs and clinical training activities in the USA and Canada. The Academy Manager will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing academic initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of professional education to dental practitioners across the region.

👉 The role also includes adapting and implementing the global academic strategy to the local market needs , ensuring alignment with Noris Medical’s overall vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute educational programs, courses, and clinical training.
  • Manage relationships with local experts, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and academic partners.
  • Coordinate logistics for courses, workshops, and events, including cadaver labs and live surgeries.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align academic programs with business goals.
  • Ensure program quality, participant satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide reporting and feedback to global HQ on academic activities and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role (Academic Manager, Education Program Manager, or related).
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience as a Product Manager or in the dental / medical device industry – strong advantage.
  • Dental degree or relevant medical background – preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with global strategies.
