What You'll Do

• Drive Revenue : Generate leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships
• Own Projects : From pitch to completion, manage client needs and internal coordination
• Solve Problems : Offer custom solutions for commercial and residential clients
• Stay Ahead : Keep up with trends and technologies in construction & electrical work
• Make Impact : Every sale fuels your growth—and the client's success
• Proven sales experience (construction / electrical is a big plus)
• Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable managing projects and timelines
• Driven, energetic, and ready to win—every single day
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Base salary + uncapped commission

Compensation : $45K–$55K Base + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonuses
