The Product Engineering team at Decagon innovates on and refines the user experience, technical architecture and core features that power the most advanced conversational AI agents for enterprise customers. Decagon\u2019s AI agents understand context, respond with genuine empathy, and solve complex problems with surgical precision.

About the Role

As a leader on the Product Engineering team, you\u2019ll guide teams to build products that enable Customer Experience teams to train AI agents. Your team will develop cutting-edge methods to extract product insights from the treasure trove of unstructured data generated through conversations with end users.

Engineers here own their work end-to-end and are trusted to make a real impact. This role is for someone who dives deep into complex system challenges, builds elegant solutions that scale to millions of users, and creates automation that prevents problems before they happen.
