Wealth Management Team Member

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Wealth Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to join a synergistic team that values its employees and client relationships. You would be responsible for executing excellent proactive service to our clients while working collaboratively with our Wealth Management team. This is an in-office role based out of our Eden Prairie Headquarters, with some flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead coordination and processing of new accounts, account transfers, and all applicable paperwork
• Coordinate client requests for money / asset movement in a timely manner
• Respond to account maintenance requests and ensure client accounts are up to date and accurate
• Work directly with custodians to resolve client account issues
• Open, enter, and close agreement / document management and maintenance requests
• Utilize CRM system for daily tasks, tracking and documentation of client data, and internal updates to current assigned work.
• Collaborate with team members regarding account questions, service requests, and client inquiries
• Communicate and collaborate with clients and team members to provide excellent customer service
