job_description.job_card.job_descriptionChange management from an infrastructure perspective Review technology issues Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software / applications Knowledgeable of database management systems Use tools / methodologies to create representations for functions and UI of desired product Define all aspects of development from technology and workflow to coding standards Expertise in data center methodologies and network methodologies Broad understanding of technology infrastructure Risk assessment, auditing, or risk management experience is a major plus Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure : server builds, data center design, network space management Experience with IT Service Management methodologies and tools Exposure to Cloud Technology and DevOps Risk mindset with database knowledge Microsoft Office Suite ServiceNow Archer (team can train, but prior exposure is helpful) Strong written and oral communication Presentation skills Negotiation skills Bachelor's degree required CRISC Certification preferred
