  • Licenses : Active IN medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Experience : Open to all experience levels
  • Other Qualifications : EMR proficiency (EPIC); supportive group practice structure

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient family medicine services
  • Participate in 1 : 4 call rotation
  • Collaborate with system physicians in a collegial work environment
  • Use EPIC EMR system for all clinical documentation
  • Contribute to system-wide initiatives and quality improvement programs
