Physician (Washington) – Telehealth Mental Health for Healthcare Professionals

Location : Remote (Telehealth – Washington - Must reside or have physical address in Washington State)

Position Type : (4-8 hrs / wk) | Remote | Contract

Position Overview

Tend Health is seeking a licensed physician (MD / DO) Licensed in Washington to provide assessments and medication management via telehealth. This role involves working collaboratively with psychologists who provide psychotherapy to shared clients, primarily healthcare professionals, including medical residents and fellows. The ideal candidate is looking to expand their clinical practice in a concierge-style telehealth model within an innovative and growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct brief and ongoing assessments and medication management
• Provide seamless support through secure video sessions, phone, and messaging platforms
• Tailor services to meet client needs with flexible scheduling
• Engage in case discussions and collaborate with psychologists and other health providers
• Refer clients to additional services as needed
