Patient Care Technician (PCT) Night Shift

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our surgical services team for a full-time night shift position. Preference will be given to candidates with at least two years of bedside PCT experience.

Schedule

  • Two 12-hour shifts : 7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM
  • Two 8-hour shifts : 11 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain the surgical environment for assigned patients, ensuring timely case turnover and readiness for procedures.
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established performance standards and safety protocols.
  • Perform transport and supply duties, clean and reset operating rooms between cases, and prepare rooms for closure after final procedures.
  • Demonstrate accountability by efficiently managing time, seeking additional assignments when available, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives.
  • Exhibit initiative through continuous learning, proactive feedback engagement, and a consistent drive for excellence in patient care.

    • Education

  • Required : High School Diploma or Equivalent

    • Work Experience

  • Preferred : Two years of Patient Care Tech or Nursing Assistant experience.

    • Licenses and Certifications

  • Preferred : CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Upon Hire

    • Other Requirements : Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
