Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to the following :

  • Demonstrate working safely and sensibly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Lead the Janus Room team to maintain OEE / Safety goals
  • Train new team members in their respective roles
  • Perform all scanning requirements to start / stop production orders and declare production and scrap
  • Perform all material handling duties to keep raw materials flowing to molding machines
  • Accurate record keeping of daily production
  • Other tasks as deemed necessary

Qualifications / Education / Special Skills

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work and lead within a team environment
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer-use skills
  • High sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative / ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to stand / walk for prolonged periods of time (8 hour shifts)
  • Ability to obtain forklift and other powered industrial vehicle license(s)
  • Proficiency in MES / Neptune scanning procedures
