job_description.job_card.job_description5+ years of experience in MEP coordination , ideally in data center, mission critical, or large commercial projects . Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems . Proficient with Navisworks, Revit, and Bluebeam (BIM experience preferred). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP systems installation between design, field, and trade partners.
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure design intent and constructability .
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve field conflicts and maintain schedule alignment.
- Lead MEP coordination meetings, manage BIM clash detection processes, and track RFI and submittal status.
- Support commissioning activities , systems testing, and final turnover documentation.
- Ensure all MEP work meets code, safety, and quality standards .
- Assist in cost control , change management, and procurement of long-lead items.
