Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to support enterprise-level geospatial systems and infrastructure within a federal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, including documentation of business rules, workflows, and system architecture

Oversee application monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution according to established service levels

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience, with a background in enterprise systems support and modernization

Demonstrated experience managing complex IT environments that include web applications, databases, and enterprise platforms

Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL or equivalent) and change management practices

Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance reporting, and risk management practices
