• Tip potential (recommended tip $15.00)
• $2.00 pay differential on Saturdays and Sundays

Role :

Glowbar is seeking passionate, service-oriented, and collaborative Senior Estheticians who believe in a “customer-first” mentality to be a part of our founding team! Our Senior Estheticians will be continuously empowered to use their client-oriented gut to make decisions. As long-term team members, Glowbar Senior Estheticians are also collaborative team members, with a mind geared towards testing and learning to set a new standard for skincare.

As a Sr. Esthetician you will be Responsible for (but are not limited to) :

Performs all treatments with Glowbar method protocols at the highest technique level and encourages team members to do so as well; complete each - Glowbar treatment in 30 minutes - no more, no less”

Document client notes in Glowbar Admin and tailor treatments to individual needs (e.g., extractions, dermaplaning, LED, high frequency).

Educate clients on the purpose and benefits of each step and recommend at-home routines using “Seal the Deal” to meet / exceed monthly product sales goals.

Support team success by sharing feedback, collaborating on best practices, and ensuring treatment rooms and inventory are maintained.

Uphold Glowbar standards, policies, and procedures while participating in company events and initiatives.

Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and drive studio performance

Lead by example through productivity, efficiency, and a results-focused mindset

Support team success by staying aligned to Glowbar’s standards and serving as an additional expert on site.

Qualifications :

Valid Master Esthetics License (temporary or permanent)

1+ years of professional license esthetics experience at a busy spa / salon with a proven track record of excellence in esthetics

Maintains an average of at least $1,000 product sales per month

Must love hospitality and interacting with customers

Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - must have weekend, holiday, and some early morning / midday / late evening weekday availability

Full-time requires 5 days of open availability, including both weekend days

Part-time requires 3 days of open availability, including one weekend day

Weekend only requires open availability Saturday and Sunday every week

Strong understanding of salon standards, policies and procedures

Must be a forward-thinking problem solver with a strong work ethic who has compassion for employees and clients

Passion for beauty, skincare, learning and trying new things everyday

Established clientele a plus!

Working Conditions :

At Glowbar, our studios are active, client-focused environments — and we want you to know what’s involved behind the scenes. Here’s what you can expect physically in this role :

Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the entire shift

Bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting (up to 15 pounds) — including merchandise, laundry, and back-of-house supplies

Climbing up and down stairs during shift operations

Remaining mobile and on your feet for the full duration of your shift (shift lengths may vary)

Exposure to varying temperatures and humidity levels, particularly in laundry or supply areas

Performing operational tasks such as restocking, organizing supplies, and light cleaning

Required to work weekends, evenings and holiday to support our client demand
