job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage and support various aspects of event logistics, including RFPs, venue research, site visits, and vendor coordination Assist in planning and execution of in-person conferences across several brands, from initial planning to onsite support Collaborate with internal teams to gather meeting requirements and support the creation of detailed event specifications Monitor event budgets and managing expenses, support invoice processing and financial reconciliation Serve as a key point of contact for speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors assuring accurate communication and coordination of deliverables Provide on-site event management support, helping ensure smooth execution and positive attendee experience Coordinate the production of event materials and assist in organizing presentation content Contribute to post-event reporting, including collecting feedback and compiling performance metrics Support attendee engagement by helping implement creative, branded, and thoughtful event experiences Stay up to date on trends and help incorporate new ideas and best practices into events Critical Competencies : Collaboration & Team Building – Builds and maintains relationships to successfully work toward common strategic goals, creates strong morale and spirit, fosters open dialogue, and creates a sense of unity among the team Manages Ambiguity & Change – Makes decisions with available information that align with strategy, embraces and manages change, challenges the status quo, and champions new initiatives, comfortable handling risk and uncertainty Ownership & Execution – Demonstrates a sense of ownership to drive issues to closure, maximizes the use of existing processes while continuously pursuing ways to improve efficiencies, sets aggressive goals, monitors progress, and delivers results, and seizes more opportunities than others The Individual : Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite– Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities Excellent verbal / written communication skills Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines Capability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience with event tech platforms (e.g. registration tools, virtual event platforms CRM systems). 2-3 years’ experience in event coordination, logistics, marketing or related fields All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
